Im too sexy

Good afternoon everyone, Another remarkable day.We went for a ride then for a really really long walk in the park. The weather could not be more perfect. when we got home I had a big surprise in the mail, the new sunglasses I wanted to buy from eBay were in the mail waiting on me, but how I must have left the Internet on and when my Dad saw them he bought them for me. I am one lucky pup and do I have great style . These sunglasses make me look like a young cool pup so we decided my sister Tootie need a pair too. I know that it is important to protect your eyes from the sun but I do love the way I look in these. I am sooooo tired from all the excitement and fun today. I am lucky to have a great home and people that love and spoil me.

Christmas past

Alright grab the tissue box, In this picture was Dutchess, Gert and myself. We would always go for a walks in the park. Christmas 2010 we decided to go dressed up, I was Santa, Gert was Mrs Santa boy did she look funny in a dress, and Dutchess was a reindeer. We had everyone smiling and laughing as we walked down the path. We all had a great day and I could not have asked for a better way to spend our last Christmas together. That day I learned its not just about me,simple things can bring joy and a smile to people. Thinking of those days make me very happy and help me teach Tootie to be a fine young pup.

Walking on sunshine

What a pretty day out. We got up early this morning and got to go to the park to play and walk. We found a nice path through the wood. There were alot of signs that told us what the trees were. Every turn was more and more interesting, up in a half dead Sand Pine there was a pretty Hawk. He sat there so elegant as we passed by. We ran into alot of people and received alot of attention. We had a great time enjoying what our great parks have to offer, and looking forward to enjoying them some more 

A walk down memory lane

Hello Everyone,With today being a raining day we decided to stay in and I thought I would introduce you to some of my sisters who helped make me the great dog I am today. In the first picture The Boston Terrier is Mitzi, She taught me it was always fun to play. She loved to play ball and show off to get treats.Next to her was Jessie, She was a rescue that had been very beat up as a puppy. In her life she taught me forgiveness.The last one in the top picture was Dutchess She taught me to love everyone and be happy every day because life is great. The big black dog in the middle picture is Chelsea, She was a very elegant dog who taught me it was not ok to be a bully no matter how many times I got an attitude with her she still loved me. The bottom picture is Gert, She loved to eat, She showed me that love can be unconditional. All of were right around the same age and all passed away close together. They all taught me something different and that even if I was a snot nose little brat that they all still loved me very very much. They all taught me tolerance and that is what this world is in need of. So when I complain about that snot nose little brat Tootie I will have to reflect back on the lesson these fine dogs have shown me.I miss you all and thank you for all you have given making me the dog I am

Reflections

Hi everyone, Today we went on another walk in the park, It was 6.5 miles long. We went down a trail that I have not been on since loosing both my big sisters. As we were walking I thought how many times we walked along this path and how Gert loved to stop and look at the water. I also thought about Christmas 2010 when we were all dressed up as Mr and Mrs Santa, and Dutchess was the Reindeer.We made people smile that day and had lasting memories. Today I tried to show my little sister some of the things but as you see from the picture she was clowning around sticking her tongue out at the camera   but I guesses that counts as a memory too. Just always remember to enjoy your love one, and take the time to enjoy the beauty around you. Good night.

Lazy Days

What a lazy day. While dad cleaned the shed Tootie and I played.When Daddy came in the three of us took a very long nap. I know in the morning we are all going for a long walk before we come home to clean out the 2nd shed. If these warm day keep on coming we will be opening the pool, we should put a count down clock on the web page.I need to look for the old pictures of my swimming.Well I am still tired so off to nap some more    good night

What a pretty day

Good afternoon
What a pretty day outside and we got to go outside and play and go for a walk in the park.We walked 6.3 miles through the wood at the park. We got to meet some new doggie friends and new people too

We walked along the the bike trail and decided we were thirsty so we sat down under the big live oak tree to get a drink. We then returned  to the car where for the first time I got to ride in it with the top down. Boy all of the new smells and the wind blowing through my hair what could be better. The big white puffy clouds and the sun on my face makes me feel like a young pup again. I cant wait to go for a ride in it again with the top down.We got home and after we played a little more it was nap time. I am one lucky pup I get to live life to the fullest. I think that what we all need to do,so go enjoy your day and I'm going outside to play. Good bye everyone 

Bath Day

Hi Everyone, Today was bath day for me and Tootie. After we got our bath it was then it was Midge cats turn , boy did she cry . Whats the big deal you get a warm bath and a nice rub down. After she got out of the tub we teased her a little and then we got 3 treats. We played with our toys for awhile then it was nap time. I heard my dad saying we are going to the park in the morning, he got his parking permit renewed today so we don't get a ticket  from the park. I look forward to tomorrow and our nice long walk. I think we are even going to put the top down on the car too.

A walk in the park

Good morning, We just got back from 6.5 mile walk in the park and boy do my paws hurt. We walked along the the nature trail we got to see a armadillo, a chipmunk 6 squirrels,what a great time. We met the Park Rangers and they gave us a bone and played with us. All along the way we met people who were enjoying this warm day. What a great way to start our day. Always remember to stop and smell the rose

swimming

 wI was sitting here tonight thinking back to 2011 and what my favorite trip was and it turned out to be Key West. It was the first time I got to swim in the Gulf of Mexico. It was also the first time we took the RV on a long trip.       I love to swim my dad's bought me a new pool last summer and that's how I spent the dog days of summer. I heard my Dad's talking about a trip coming up to Lake Lindsey, I need to find out where this place is so good night to all.

In the begining

 Wow I found this picture of me when we first got the RV that was some really really ugly fabric on the couch. I am so glad they picked new soft fabric.Today we went to see the doctor, He took alot of samples of Toot's skin and gave her lots of medications to fix the last of her problems. I hope we can now start to put all of the bad memories behind her and help her become the puppy she wants to be. After that Dad order pizza and it was great, now time for bed good night

Clowning around

Hello Everyone,
I was looking through old pictures and found this older picture of me. I was clowing around on the bed with the stuffed toys. If I recall right I had just got out of the pool and decied to take a nap. Well how can one take a nap when the toys need played with?

Today marks the 1st full week we have Toot and she is doing great, we played all day she chased me around the yard and all through the house. We played with all of the toys and bones  in the house. Tommrow we get to go see the Doctor. He is a great guy he saved my life and made me feel so much better I know he will just love Toot.

Meet Roy

Hi Everyone
I would like to introduce you to Roy, We met Roy back in 2004 at the RV show and fast became a very good friend. He sells a product called Big Foot, and when they said they were going to install Bigfoot on our fifth wheel I thought they were crazy. Why would you want to put a Hairy creature under your motor home or fifth wheel and what would it eat me? So we went over to Lakeland Fl. at that time I had 6 other sisters and backed into this great big building, boy was I looking and listing for that hairy beast. Then it happened it was coming at me it was Bigfoot! After I got the courage to open my eyes,,,,,,,,,It turned out to be a great  leveling system. Roy is one of the nicest people we ever meet and are glad he is our friend. This is a picture of us with Roy at this years RV show.  

Two tired pups

 Hi Everyone,
We just got back from our first adventure with Toot and What a great time we had. We got to see alot of old friends that we have not seen in years. As we were walking down the main road we came across this bird in the first picture and I thought to myself what a great new chew toy, but then it happened it spoke to me. I looked up at my daddy to make sure that he heard it too and he did. For a moment I thought I was loosing my mind. But how did he do it there was no one around it ,is it possible that a stuffed toy can talk? Its was a big mystery to me and the I spotted a man sitting at the table with a head set and a remote control. Wow that was fun. I still think he would make a good chew toy. At the end of the day we climbed on the couch and fell fast asleep. And now it time to go to bed and rest up good night everyone

Sharing

I am the luckiest dog in the world. It was cold out this morning and after our morning walk I climbed on the couch with my sister Toot and my daddy. He warmed up a sweet roll and shared it with us, even though he ate more the us. Today we are going into the RV show to look some and visit some of out friends .So it off for more fun. Brrr

Hi Everyone ,
Well it sure is alot colder today then yesterday, I had to get my shirt out to get warm. Yesterday we went for a walk around the show, There is alot to see and do all of the smells of that great fair food really made me hungry. It was Toot's first time with a crowd, She did pretty good. We met another Boston who was rescued she was pretty too. I know I'm such a flirt. I found my new RV it was only $800,000, But my dad said it was too much boy is he cheap. Then we walked by the Meat Loaf sundae stand and they said it sounded gross, but I thought it sounded yummy, What could be better Ice cream and meatloaf. Well we have to go so everyone have a nice day.

Me Toot and toys

Hi everyone,
I would like to introduce my new little sister Toot, She was adopted yesterday and is becoming my friend. She is slowly becoming less scared and more playful. Toot was a puppy mill dog who was severely neglected. She still has some healing to do but with some time and love she will be just fine. I will look forward to taking her on our adventures.Currently we are at the Tampa RV super show she seem to like the RV and loves her walks.

 Also today my daddy ran into the people that took some Picture of me and Dutchess right before she passed away and he said he has pictures of her and will send them to him, I was sad at first but then I thought of all of the adventures we had together it made me happy to have all those great memories and now I can share them with Toot just like Dutchess would want me to.We love and miss you Dutchess..

pondering

Hi everyone,
I will get back to Hells Bay soon, but I have to go see my possible new little sister. She is a 2yr old Boston just like me but she has not had it so lucky as I have. I dont understand how people can be so mean to us little dogs and cats when all we want and give is love? I hope she likes me and we can be best friends, I do sometimes miss having a sister. I will let everyone know soon

HELL'S BAY PART ONE

The day started out really really cold and we were going to go on a guided tour on nine mile pond, But due to the cold we decided to wait and go to Hell's Bay. We got the kayaks ready and off we went for what I was sure was going to be a great paddle. Soon I realized that this was going to be very very hard paddle instead. As we wove through the thick Mangroves and narrow passages i knew this  was going to a long day. After 2 hours we turned backed having only traveled a mile.It seemed to be getting tighter and then it happened......

Flamingo

Hi Everyone, just got back from the Dr's and he said I'm in great shape and I gained all of my weight back and I owe it to this adventure. This is the entrance to where we camped. After we got our RV set up we checked out the place and took a walk along the Gulf of Mexico where I put my paws in the water, cool and refreshing. It was so relaxing. We took a ride in the car to go explore the park and before our eyes appeared a Flamingo flying over. That was amazing seeing how we were told that they were only their in the summer.We then went home to get ready for the next day adventure kayaking HELL'S BAY, but more on that later hope eveyone has a great night.

Ok I need help

I need a little help here, The sign in the Picture states please do not feed the wildlife. Who are they referring to me or my daddy? They even have a drawing of us on the sign. I don't understand and I think the nice people in the park need to make it clear which one of us not to feed.I know its not me so the only other choice would be daddy. On this day we walked all over the park , I'll tell you my paws were sore.   

Back Home

Hi Everyone,
I just got back from the end of the world or at least it seemed to be. We spent 3 day  deep in the Everglades National Park ,Flamingo Fl. The beauty that we have seen in the last 3 days is hard to put word. The pond in the back ground of the picture had so many different birds, from ducks to rosey spoonbill's. So much to do and see, both on land and the sea. We walked along the Gulf of Mexico and kayaked Hell's Bay (that is a blog for another day). I just wish we had more time to enjoy what was there so we are going to go back soon to spend more time there.

Just what the Dr. ordered

Happy New Year everyone, What a great day I had yesterday. We went on a 7 mile hike through the jungles of the Everglades and with my great leadership we did not get lost. We kept our eyes out for the HUGE snakes everyone has told us about and luckily didn't see any. I don't understand how people can let their pet snakes go free in the wild, even pet snakes need love too, just not from me. This trip has made me feel so much better I just about back to my self after the surgery. tomorrow we go to Flamingo Fl , I hope I get to go kayaking and hiking again and also tonight we get to have a fire and make smores, think they will share with me? Everyone have a great New Year.
